Transfer to Capri
The most common way to arrive at the island of Capri is by boats
-- either hydrofoil ("aliscafo") or by ferry ("traghetto")
from Molo Beverello or Mergellina.
During the summer months the
last transfer is at approximately 8:00 p.m. The fare for independent
transfer is roughly Euro 12,50.

In case of strike, please be advised that under the provisions
of Italian law (Legge n 146 del 12 giugno 1990), "essential
service" is
provided.
This means that the first and last transfer to and from the island
will run even during strikes.
Excluded from program rate
Dinners, unless specifically stated in program schedule, telephone
calls, liquors, wines, mini-bar consumption, laundry, tips,
sightseeing or services other than those specifically detailed
in the tour program, and any other items of a personal nature
are excluded from tour rates.
Passport
You must have a valid passport. Please confirm that your passport
is valid through your re-entry date into the United States.
It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to obtain a
valid passport.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing to Capritime Tours.
Any changes made to a reservation will be subject to a $25.00
processing fee plus any cancellation or change fees incurred
by Capritime Tours.
In addition to the aforementioned processing fee, depending
on the proximity of departure date,
the penalty schedule for cancellation is as follows:
Group Tour Penalties
45 or more days prior to departure FULL REFUND LESS processing
fee plus any cancellation fees incurred by Capritime Tours.

29-15 days
prior to tour date: 25% penalty
14-8 days prior to tour date:
75% penalty

Insurance
Capritime Tours strongly urges you to purchase travel medical
insurance and highly recommends passengers purchase baggage
and trip cancellation insurance for your protection.

Limiting terms and conditions
The responsibility of Capritime Tours is strictly limited.
As a tour operator, Capritime Tours organizes, promotes and
sells tour programs consisting of certain travel services,
limited to surface transportation, sightseeing excursions and
hotel accommodations which Capritime Tours reserves from various
suppliers. The suppliers providing these services are independent
contractors and are not employees or agents of Capritime Tours.
Capritime Tours is not responsible for the willful or negligent
acts and/or omissions of such suppliers, any of their respective
employees or representatives including, without limitation,
their failure and/or inadequacy of delivery of services. Capritime
Tours is the principal tour operator for these programs and
will undertake all arrangements and all tour services and accommodations
offered. Capritime Tours, its owners, agents, servants, associates
and employees shall not be held responsible for personal injuries
or property damage, loss, or delay, or change of itinerary
incurred by any person or tour participant nor shall Capritime
Tours be responsible for injuries, death, damage, loss or delay
in any means of transportation or by reasons of any event beyond
the actual control of Capritime Tours, or any owner, agent,
employee or supplier. Capritime Tours reserves the right to
substitute hotels, restaurants or other services listed in
the itinerary with compatible services if necessary. Capritime
Tours expressly reserves the right to cancel a tour due to
low enrollment or to decline inclusion of any person as a member
of a trip or to terminate its services to any participant for
good cause.
Liability
Capritime Tours assumes NO LIABILITY for personal injury, property
damage, or personal loss to you or those traveling with you
in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other
services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence
or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited
to acts of God, acts of terrorism, defect of vehicles, break-down
in equipment, strikes, theft, cancellation or changes in itinerary
schedules.
Remember that all travel documents are your responsibility.
The payment of required deposit or any other partial payment
for a reservation for hotel package/tour/group constitutes
consent to all provisions of the conditions and general information
contained herein. Capritime Tours accepts no responsibility
for losses or additional expenses.
Program Rates
Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency
fluctuations, changes in hotel or transportation price increases.
Once final payment has been received, your program price will
not change.
Payments
A deposit of $250.00 per person is due within one week of confirmation.
Reservations will be made upon receipt of deposit. Full payment
is due 60 days prior to departure. MasterCard, Visa, ATM/Debit
Card, Bankcards, Diners Club, Discover and money orders are accepted
methods of payment.
Travel information
Detailed travel information regarding your program will be mailed
21 days prior to departure.
Hotel
Hotel rates are included in the cost of your package and are
based on double occupancy with private bathrooms. Single and
triple room rates are available upon request at additional cost.

Room Assignments
Upon arrival, room assignments are determined by hotel
management. Special requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed.
Please advise Capritime Tours if you anticipate a late arrival;
please keep in mind the last scheduled ferry/hydrofoil transfer
to the island of Capri. If the originally requested hotel is
not available, a substitute hotel will be offered at no additional
cost and will be of similar category whenever possible.
