Located along the road leading down to the infamous Blue Grotto,
totally immersed between the island’s greenery, "Villa
Anacapri 2" is situated in a secluded position about 1 km
from the center of Anacapri, along with only a few selected,
private properties, in the area known as Damecuta.
Villa Azzurra,
built on two levels, dates back to the 70’s,
encompassing a liberty style with a Mediterranean touch after
having undergone renovations in 2004 allowing it to keep to it’s
original style. From the property, sea views extend out towards
the Gulf of Naples and the Sorrento
Peninsula. The property can easily be reached by car or by the
various means of public transportation (the bus stop is just
200 meters from the villa).
The center of Anacapri is only a
5-7 minute drive, where plenty
of shops, facilities, and restaurants abound.
